This high mountain green tea was harvested at the end of March 2019, before Chinese Qing Ming Festival Day. Downy buds can obviously be seen from the dry leaves. The younger leaves green teas taste brisker. Similarly, this tea is smelt very refreshing, has sweet fruity flavor and very aromatic with long sweet aftertaste. This tea is not recommended to brew with extremely hot water which may cause little bitter content released.
We recommend to brew this green tea in grandpa style(using tall glass).
*gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
