Reward Policy

Reward Cash

Customer earns reward cash back on every purchase made via our store. Customer will receive a coupon code by email with specific amount of reward from last purchase within 48 hours.

Reward cash will only be available after customer successfully completes a purchase through our website except call-in orders. (Call-in order includes any order created by and payment processed by our staff).

Reward cash coupon will be retracted by if the amount of order total being refunded or cancelled.

Reward cash can only be used as cash discount on our store, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Reward coupon can only be redeemable for future purchase, and it cannot be stacked with other coupons. And also two or more reward coupons can not be combined.

Reward coupon code will be expired after 6 months from the issuance date.
